Campus Students

Campus students are students enrolled at a campus teaching site with regular class room instruction. A student enrolled at a teaching site is responsible to attend all classes in which they are enrolled. Students who exceed three un excused absences from class on any course on their schedule will have their grade lowered, unless there has been an emergency. Incase of emergency, extra work may be assigned by the instructor to make up for their missed class and help adjust the grade. A student who exceeds three absences will be dropped from enrollment with grade of "UW" (Un official withdrawal)

Correspondence Students

Correspondence Students are those students enrolled at a distance learning student and who studies independently at his/ her own pace. The correspondence students report directly to the Administrator. All graduate students are correspondence students and will receive courses and direction from the Academic Dean. Correspondence students will interact at the direction of the Administrator for grading, local records and completion of their requirements.

Seminars

Seminars will be held on each year in different location whereby student may pick up extra credits

Google meet/ Video Classes

We also arrange google meet classes/ Video classes in different languages so that student will understand the subjects properly.

Study guides, quizzes and examinations can be done through on line


Comprehensive Examinations

Faith Global Seminary is developing a Comprehensive examination to be administered to a student when he has completed all of his/her course work for a degree. The exam will be generalization of the subject matter studied. It will be administered by a proctor and must be submitted by the student before the degree is conferred.


Repeating Classes

Upon the approval of the instructor, a student may repeat a course for which a grade of "D" or "F" is received. The last grade received will be used in computing the students cumulative grade point average.

Grading System 

All academic work is graded according to the following standard and is evaluated by a faculty member and is assigned a letter grade

Grade A   Excellent.      96- 100

Grade B.  Good.             86-95

Grade  C  Average.          71-85

Grade D.  Conditional Pass 60-70

Grade F.    Failure

Grade I      Incomplete


Intent to graduate

Each candidate qualifying to graduate From FGS must file an intent to graduate form with the admission office at least eight weeks prior to the time of graduation.
